Extensive CNC Sliding Head Machining Capabilities

We are now equipped with 19 Star sliding head CNC machining centre’s from 2mm diameter capacity up to 40mm. All our sliding head machines have Fanuc controls with 3 metre bar loaders. Our extensive Midlands based CNC sliding head machining facility enables us to offer a fast turn around service on volume turned parts needed throughout the UK.

Our sliding head machine operators have much experience in working on components needed for a wide range of applications, including high specification sensitive markets.

High Precision CNC Milling Service

To complement our extensive CNC sliding head capacity RDL have expanded its CNC milling section by recent acquisitions into the latest advancements in Doosan CNC vertical machining technology.

The highly productive CNC milling and vertical machining centres enable us to offer a complete subcontract engineering solution which is highly efficient and cost effective.
