Here at Sheldon Precision, we manufacture small, medium and large production runs of precision turned parts to exact customer specification for companies throughout the UK. We use the latest Miyano and Citizen machining technologies; the world’s leading brands of fixed and sliding head CNC lathes – their machines are fast, reliable, accurate and flexible. Complex components and turned parts with features such as cross drilling, tapping and milling can be made in a single operation due to their multi axis capabilities. Our ethos is to build lasting relationships by excelling with on time deliveries, competitive pricing and of course excellent quality. From start to finish all our processes and documentation are controlled within our production control management system PSL Datatrack, this gives us full traceability from initial quotation all the way to invoicing the goods.

CNC Machined Components

With much in-depth engineering experience and the right CNC machining technology, we are able to offer medium too large production runs of precision turned parts and machined components to exact customer drawings and specifications.

Sliding Head Machining

Equipped with some of the latest Citizen CNC sliding head machinery and inspection equipment, Sheldon Precision Engineering are more than capable of meeting clients expectations on reliable turn around times, machined part accuracy and quality consistency.

Fixed Head Turning

We have invested in a 2023 MIYANO BNA42DHY, a twin turret fixed head lathe with a barfed capacity of 42mm, leading to exceptional quality component manufacture and super fast cycle times.
