MCS specialise in precision bar turning and machining. We have a total manufacturing capability, supplying machined components, sub-assemblies and finished products. The company is an innovative and progressive subcontract machine shop with the ability to satisfy all machined component requirements utilising the most up to date and advanced CNC machinery primarily incorporating Tornos Decos and Daewoo machines. The substantial CNC facility fully compliments the conventional multi-spindle shop. Quality is not optional and MCS are approved to ISO 9002 and incorporate Photometrics as standard . Our preferred method of supply is Kan-Ban utilising plastic returnable containers. We are very experienced at administering this method of supply. We currently supply automotive, domestic gas and waterheating industries using KanBan.

Specialities & Technologies

MCS have invested in the very latest measurement technology. We have a Profile 50. This system uses opto-electronic projection which enables the measurement of all common round part geometry including small intricate forms like radii and angles. The major benefit of non-contact technology is the ability to perform such measurements with a combination of speed, flexibility and accuracy not previously possible. The Profile 50 is also completely compatible with our Genesis Lighthouse SPC equipment. At Machined Component Systems Plc we are committed to the principal of 'Partnership Sourcing'.
